Don't worry, we won't let you stay locked out of your OpenPhone account! 

As of October 2019, we offer login via a 6-digit PIN or through your Google account. New accounts made after October 2019 will not have an option to create a password.

Using a PIN in order to log into your account is a safe and easy way to keep all your business contacts and information safe. It also prevents you from having to remember yet another password, which we know can end up being quite a few. 🙃

In order to sign-in, follow these simple steps:

  1. Launch OpenPhone app on your phone or via webpage.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create an account (forgot it? email [email protected] or use the chat widget on this page and we'll help you out) 
  3. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email. 
  4. Check your email for the PIN number. It should look like the image below and come from [email protected] (don't see it in your inbox? check your junk folder just in case!)
  5. Hit "Continue" and you're in!

To reset your password:

If your account was created before October 2019, you still have the option to sign-on with a password. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps.

  1. Launch OpenPhone app on your phone or via webpage.
  2. Enter the email address you used to create an account.
  3. Click "Use password instead".
  4. Select "Forgot Password" then "Send recovery email"
  5. The recovery email should be sent to your email on file. From here, you can reset your password.
