Here's how you can cancel your subscription.
Canceling subscription online (credit card payments)
If you're paying for OpenPhone directly with a credit card, here's the process to cancel:
1 - Go to Billing in the web app
2 - Go to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription"
3 - Confirm by typing "cancel"
4 - That's it! You'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox
5 - If you get a moment, we'd love your feedback on why you cancelled. Just respond to the automated email we've sent. We read and reply to every note and appreciate your valuable input.
If you're subscribed to OpenPhone through Apple App Store, you need to cancel from the subscription page on your iOS device.
Google Play Subscription
If you're on Android, check to see if you have a Google Play subscription.
- Launch the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on OpenPhone to cancel
