You can cancel your OpenPhone subscription at any time in your billing settings.
However, any monthly or annual payments you've already made are non-refundable, and you will not be issued a credit to your account for future use, per our Terms of Service. You are accountable for the entire upfront fees associated with your chosen subscription period, even upon early termination.
How to cancel if you're paying for OpenPhone with a credit card
If you're paying for OpenPhone directly with a credit card, here's the process to cancel your subscription:
Go to the Billing page in the web / desktop app
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Cancel Subscription"
Confirm that you'd like to cancel by typing "cancel"
Click "Yes, cancel"
That's it! You'll receive a confirmation email in your inbox

How to cancel if you're subscribed via the Apple App Store
If you're subscribed to OpenPhone through the Apple App Store, you need to cancel from the subscription page on your iOS device.
Open the Settings app on your phone
Tap your name
Tap on the OpenPhone subscription
Tap Cancel subscription
How to cancel if you're subscribed via the Google Play Store
Note: Android customers who've signed up after April 2020 are subscribed via a direct credit card payment. Please follow the instructions in the first section above.
If you're an Android user, signed up for OpenPhone before April 2020, and are subscribed to OpenPhone through the Google Play Store, you need to cancel from the subscription page on your Android device.
Launch the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions
Tap on OpenPhone to cancel
