While we offer billing from the iOS App Store or the Google Play Store, many of our users prefer to manage their billing directly with us.
Why switch your billing? It's way easier to manage your OpenPhone subscription! This includes quickly changing the billing card on file as well as easily adding or removing teammates and numbers.

How to move your billing to credit or debit card:
1 - Login on the web app or on the Mac app.
2 - Go to the billing section found in your settings.
3 - Under "Payment Method" click "Switch to credit card".
4 - Enter your credit or debit card information, then click save.
5 - Lastly, cancel your subscription through the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. For how to cancel, please follow the steps here.
